By creating an account or using Kangairooski ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reverse engineering, abusing rate limits, or using it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put other users at risk.

5. Financial information disclaimer

Kangairooski provides organizational and informational tools for credit cards, points, and rewards. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Card terms, award availability, and rewards are controlled by third parties and may change at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kangairooski is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
